Viewing Your Subscription

Current Plan Details

Navigate to SettingsBilling to see:

  • Plan name and type
  • Monthly price
  • Included credits
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method

Usage Statistics

View your usage:

  • Credits used this month
  • Credits remaining
  • Usage history
  • Per-feature breakdown

Making Changes

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a higher tier
  4. Review changes
  5. Confirm payment

What happens:

  • Immediate access to new features
  • Pro-rated charge for remaining period
  • New credit allocation

Downgrading

To downgrade:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm downgrade

What happens:

  • Access continues until current period ends
  • Lower tier starts next billing cycle
  • Credits adjust accordingly

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Choose reason (optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • No further charges
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime

Payment Management

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find Payment Methods
  3. Click "Add" or "Edit"
  4. Enter new card details
  5. Save changes

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email
  2. Grace period starts (usually 3-7 days)
  3. Update payment method
  4. Retry payment
  5. Service continues if successful

Payment History

View all payments:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find Payment History
  3. See all transactions
  4. Download invoices

Billing Cycles

Monthly Billing

  • Charged on same date each month
  • Credits reset monthly
  • Cancel or change anytime

Annual Billing

  • Single yearly payment
  • Significant savings
  • Credits provided upfront
  • Committed for 12 months

Pro-Rating

When changing plans mid-cycle:

  • Upgrades: Charged difference immediately
  • Downgrades: Credit applied to next bill

Invoices & Receipts

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find Billing History
  3. Click any invoice
  4. View or download PDF

Invoice Contents

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Tax information
  • Payment method

Automatic Receipts

Receipts sent automatically:

  • After each successful payment
  • To your account email
  • Includes all necessary details

Reactivating

After cancellation:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to Billing
  3. Choose a plan
  4. Payment processed
